Scribe the recipe that Tami gives you titled Plate Recipes For All Occassions (uses Geocraft skill)
Craft one stack of Coldain plates on the Work Bench, which can be found at -349,177,-27 in Ravens' Roost. To craft this item, you will need:

While delivering cookies, I learned there was a shortage of plates for the upcoming banquet. Tami suggested that I could help to craft up a stack more so there will be enough plates.

Stage 1

Tami had a recipe for plates, which I can use to make some extras for the upcoming banquet in New Halas.
