Oh, for the love of Erollisi!!! My internet was giving me problems, dropping and whatnot, and every time I logged back in, I was on the OUTSIDE of the instance. That wouldn't be so bad...IF THE DAMN QUEST DIDN'T START OVER AGAIN!
I had turned in about 1/2 the quests (turning in as I went along) when I dropped. When I came back in, the goblins to which I'd turned in the quests had feathers over their heads again. I just went ahead and finished the quests I had, but still didn't get the update. Sooooo, I ended up doing all the quests over again, turned them ALL in...and my internet dropped again. When I logged back in...you guessed it...they all had feathers over their heads and the decorations they'd placed before I dropped were all gone.
You have to stick around until the goblins are alllll done decorating (and they take their wrinkly-ass time decorating). Do not leave the instance until you get the ding.
Very frustrating set up of this quest.

Speak to Sogs Frostfoot in Frostfell Wonderland Village at 106, -37, -1393 to start this quest. Take a look around as you turn in each subquest to see the fruits of your labor!
- Enter Permafrost Crypt: Decorating Retribution through the large doors in Frostfell Wonderland Village at 103, -4, -1145 . This is a fully functional crafting instance.
- The Frostfoot Goblins are just below you when you zone in, you can't miss them. Assist them all in these scalable quests.
- You'll receive Frostfell Lair Decoration when you accept any of the quests.
- These all use special crafting mateials, which are stockpiled between the crafting stations and the door. You'll need to buy fuels, but the quests reimburse you.

- Blosk Frostfoot: A Gift For Decorating
- Dux Frostfoot: Decorating Enlightenment
- Gumos Frostfoot: An Appetite for Decorating
- Gutt Frostfoot: Setting the Table for Decorating

- Surdi Frostfoot: Decorating the Halls
- Nute Frostfoot: Decorating Stocking
- This quest updates when you've completed all the subquests and the goblins have decorated. Admire all your hard work!
- Return to Sogs Frostfoot and tell him how it went.
