Fire and Ice Creature Cataloging

I have looked and looked and cannot find the distressed merchant, nor can I seem to find a group of mobs to spawn the distressed merchant. Can anyone please post what I should look for?

I have run around Greater Faydark looking for a book or someone to sell me a book to start this but I have been unsuccessful

Is it available from a merchant? If so what do evil toons do to get it?

Any help would much appreciated

Eventhough the quest is level 50, at level 70 upon completion it still gave approx. 10% AA exp

All creatures are easily found in Lavastorm and Everfrost.
Frigid Current was the hardest to find you may have to clear the area to get them to spawn if you're unlucky enough to get there and none are up.
