Speak to Swynend Sithtenius near Execution Plaza in West Freeport. You're looking for a lost band member.

Go to The Jade Tiger's Den in North Freeport and find the dwarf, Gimit Delerg, who is a bit too drunk. ( -111, -21, -82 )
Talk to him and he challenges you to a fight outside the bar. This can be multiple places in North Freeport and should be marked by a Region of Interest blue dot on your map. Known locations:

Behind the Academy of Arcane Science at 28,-8,-88
Near the guild hall at 3,-20,-220
Along the path between the mage tower and the guild hall at -44,-12,-180
In the lower part amongst the housing at -122,-53,-312 (behind 1 Compassion Road) or -187,-59,-152 (behind 7 Compassion Road)

Knock some sense into Gimit, who scales to your level.
After teaching him a lesson, return to Swynend in West Freeport.

The Heroes' Festival band is missing one of their members, Gimit Delerg. The manager of the band wants me to find where he has gone or else the festival will be without music. It is suspected that he is in a place that serves alcohol.

I must find the missing Heroes' Festival band member named Gimit Delerg. It is likely he is in a pub somewhere in Freeport.

I found the missing Heroes' Festival band member, but he appears to be drunk.

Stage 2

Gimit Delerg is drunk and unruly. I must beat some sense into him, but the bartender won't allow fighting in his bar, so I must meet him outside at the designated spot.

I found the missing Heroes' Festival band member, Gimit Delerg, drunk in a pub. He refused to get back to work, so I had to 'sober' him up. In the end, he saw things my way and promptly went back to the festival.
