The shipyard of The Far Seas Trading Company is short of supplies and running behind schedule. I have been requested to provide all possible assistance. Pickup the quest and travel to the Shipyard Cove located in a small cove in The Commonlands, across from Bloodskull Valley (right next to the entrance, in fact, at 59, -41, 717 ).

Once inside the instance, hail Nyla Shipwright and finish her sub-quests, Shipyard Building Work.
