This quest is given by Brock Shrillburst at the Drednever Crash Site in the The Bonemire ( 6, 44, 535 ).

He asks you to seek out Assistant Technician Gingus. He was last seen heading southwest in search of a lost airship part. Gingus has a very important Transfibulater Launch Lug which is needed by Brock.

You can find a wounded Gingus at ( 285, 50, 575 ). He will instruct you to return the Launch Lug by his side to Brock Shrillburst back at the Drednever Crash Site. You will receive some experience and Brock's Thermal Shocker. You will also be asked to speak to Elle Nerwick nearby.

As of Oct 29th 2007 I am sitting at the exact location listed. I see the lug half buried in the ground but this npc is nowhere to be found. Gametime is 1:00am assuming that matters. I give up, moving on....

Yay*.. Dec 1st 11:15pm figured id check if they corrected this quest in the last patch or not and sure enough this quest is now working again as should be. Gingus (gnome) was at the proper loc stated above.)

As of nov 27 06 Gnome Npc not at the loc just the thermal shocker thingymajig half way in ground. Is how ever a gingus at the space camp who just blabs bout his feet n such (also shows a quest feather / book above his head but nothing.

not sure if only on my server, but right now the quest seems to be bugged, thanks to a map mod i found the launch lug with no problem, however the gnome is nowhere to be found...

Im only level 63 and I was able to get the quest and complete it. So its deffinatly not level 65 required quest now.

Talking to Elle starts up the quest A Poisoned Gingus.
Her first task is to gather eight Wastland Strider Venom Sacs.
Was able to get this quest as a level 62 Fury (qeynos allignment).
I'm currently indifferent with the Drednever Expedition, at 1,600 status.
