Ireka Nazan has requested that I kill a number of the creatures within the City of Mist that make life more difficult for the iksar villagers. She also wishes me to take a little revenge on the Sathirians who have forced them into the labor by delivering her special treats to them.

There is a group of 4 a Sathirian oathsworn patroller and a Sathirian oathsworn seeker walk along the road on east side of river bank leading from Plunderers camp. ( -125.35, 105.59, -467.67 )

You have to right click each of them and Hail them. (I did it at 90 when they were grey to me)

As I later found out a Sathirian oathsworn sentry works as well. Again Hail them to get an update.
