Sabertooth diviners share the spawn table with a burly sabertooths. They are found just past the main entrance down into BB, and in a small alcove in the entry area from Antonica up the wooden ramp near a tent and fireplace. If you can't find any diviners, kill all the burly sabertooths and wait for them to spawn.

He is actually nowhere near stormhold. The loc is correct but it is on the south wall between steppes station and blackburrow.

Please note the name of the mobs in the room is "Hoard Watchers", there are also "Stockpile Protectors" in this room. (A "horde" is "A large group or crowd; a swarm", a "hoard" is "A hidden fund or supply stored for future use; a cache.").

The tome he asks you to find can be found in the room with the hoard watchers near the tacticians, in an ark that can be examined.

After examining the book you must find the missing pages by killing 1 diviner, 1 chanter, and 3 oracles. Return the completed book to him and you will recieve a book entitled "The Trials of Sir Morgan."

Examining this book will start another quest, red to a level 19, called "The Trials of Sir Morgan" in which you must revistit Sir Morgan's trials. The first involves killing scarecrows in the thundering steppes. The second involves killing sirens in the same zone. This is all the information I have at this time.

The scrawlings in the Dark quest: The tome can be found in a chest inside blackburrow in the room with the 'horde' mobs. You are required to find the 5 missing pages before returning the book to Rikantus, who is found at the hidden graveyard.

This book opens the "Trials of Sir Morgan"

The first part of said quest is to kill 11 scarecrows in the thundering steppes.

The second part is to kill 6 sirens in a specific location in the thundering steppes.

After that I don't know, as I'm not done with part 2 yet.
