This quest is given by Oracle Liandrin in Antonica at the Oracle Tower. You must finish the earlier "Ruins of Varsoon" quests for backdoor access first.

You must visit the Creator's room (+120, +4, +81) and the Forge (+265, -8, +42) within the The Ruins of Varsoon.

Oracle Liandrin has asked me to seek out two rooms in the ruined laboratories of Varsoon. He seeks knowledge of the forging room and the golem creation room in order to once again create animated golems to guard his tower.

I'm not sure why this is a level 20 recommended quest. As a level 37 warden, I was still running into level 32 and 33 Golems en route to the Forge. A small group (one healer and a tank) could make their way through at 35. Anything less would require and appropriately sized group. I'd think 28 would be the minimum for the tank, IMO.

Confirmed, I have not completed the Ruins of Varsoon back entrance quest, and this NPC did NOT give me this quest. I completed a quest from the oracle dowstairs that gives the Tree within a Tree quest - this also had no impact on starting this quest.

Guess the reward did not get linked in when I submitted, but it is xp, coin (37s, 28c at level 38), and Ward of the Green Oracle.
