This is a sub-quest of A Mark of Awakening.

It starts when you examine the Book of Power in the Palace of the Awakened, -43, +57, -7 (on the third floor).

You must find the key to unlock the book, it is at +44, -0.12, -101 (ground floor).

The quest ends when you return to the book with the key, and you can continue with the main quest.
