Barakah, a Koada'Dal in Maj'Dul, seems to regret a choice she made in her past. Perhaps I am reading more into this than necessary, but she is aloof even by high elf standards. She suggested I find the cobbler and speak with him to learn more about consequences. He's apparently not currently working his trade as she said I would find him where I might least expect to see one of his training and expertise.

I've spoken with Barakah. The cobbler's story was meant to tell me that all choices have consequences: he lost his betrothed, his family, his position and the woman he loved by making a poor choice. Apparently he also cost the woman he admired her family as well. Barakah seemed to regret a choice in her past, and although she said it had been someone else's choice, her decisions have also affected her very deeply.
