You can find the bottle at the loc -83, 1, -75.

As you head south from the chamber with the pestilence ratongas and drudge gobules (as if you were going to the Edgewater Drain middle level zone in), you will come to a slight right veering of the corridor. There is a small set of stairs and at the food of the stairs are three bottles laying in the water. The bottle you need to examine is here.
-85, -75 (or -82, -74 when I checked my location).

Someone by the name of Zizl has been captured by the Murkwater abettors. I'm already down here, so I might as well see if I can find him, there might be a reward in it for me.

Stage 1

I need to slay the Murkwater abettors in Serpent Sewer to look for signs of Zizl's condition.

Complete:	I have slain the Murkwater abettors.

I have slain the Murkwater abettors, but there is no sign of Zizl.

I have slain an abettor and found a "Kill @amp; Capture" list on his body; it would appear the Zizl was not so lucky.
