The first is in the first room on the right and turns off the re-spawning zombies on the first floor. The second is all the way at the bottom, in the hall just outside the Lair of the Bonegrinder.

To do this you need the torch from the entrance. On the bottom, before you enter the hall of the ever-popping undead, there is some water on your right, 3 undead, and a strange old altar. Light the altar with the torch to dismiss all the floating wraiths.
I've run across a haunted spirit near the ruins of Castle Val'marr named Friar Arlam Va'orr. He claims to be a servant of the Order of Marr's Fist who was slain and cursed by Gynok Moltor, a former guard captain of Qeynos who apparently went insane while seeking refuge inside Marrsfist Keep. Friar Arlam has asked me to put an end to the cursed entities that pervade through the upper portion of the keep, now known as the Cavern of the Afflicted.
