Quiet But Effective  

This quest is given by The Mute Bard.

He is on the third floor of the Scriptorium in the The Shimmering Citadel.

Because he is mute so you must play the "guessing game" to communicate with him (just keep hitting dialogues until it works).

He will give you a book called The Mute Bard's Tale. Read the book to initiate the quest.

You have to find the secret room in the Shimmering Citadel. This is actually the third floor of the Poet's Palace where Nhjela the Mad Poet spawns.

Note: If Mutey won't talk to you, and you have The Mad Poet quest, then look for the bottle of ink that you need and pick it up. Aftter you get the update, then he will "talk" to you.
