This is a timed quest (30 mins). There is no longer a requirement to complete all the tier 1 and tier 2 quests - just ask for a quest inside the walls and this is one of the ones you will be offered.

One of the ledgers is in the Lions Mane inn in South Qeynos

The ledgers are found on Merchant counters, only those merchants who have counters. I found them in South and North Qeynos

This sabotage quest is given by Gol M'Tun at -30, -15, -56 in Antonica. You have 30 minutes to complete this quest.

The items to be sabotaged can be found in: The Elddar Grove, Qeynos Harbor, North Qeynos and South Qeynos.

You must destroy five merchants ledgers. These are found on merchant counters.

Return to Gol M'Tun when you are done.
