Can't get this guy to spawn. Spent like 3 hours killing to other NPC's that spawn, dude never did show up.

(1482.96, -14.13, 219.32) is where I found Ralio. Had to clear several spawns before he, though.

Was told by GM in game that Ralio is now a "random spawn" not a "timed spawn" like it used to be....which means we wait longer.....

Spent all morning looking for Ralio - used waypoints etc. No Ralio...killed some of the heroics on deck behind and right in the little leanto - no Ralio

do you have to kill the monsters that are standing there (loc 1484, -14,219) in order for Ralio to spawn ? i have been standing there for around 4 hours now no luck

I'm not interested in who killed him and how easy he was but I would like to get an answer to the first question: Have they moved Ralio since the last update? He doesn't seem to be here (+1200,+405)anymore.

You can find Commander Ralio at the camp behind and to the right of the ship, at loc 1484, -14, 219 I confirmed this 07/03/06. See also dev comment at http://eqiiforums.station.sony.com/eq2/board/message?board.id=quest&message.id=115384#M115384

I think this is a lvl 19 quest, it's yellow to me as a lvl 18.

Are you supposed to keep clearing the camp at this loc until he spawns? I've cleared it a couple of times but still no Ralio.

tryed it today togather with a level 25 teammate, we both got pretty squached, we only took down 10% of his health, so i urge you to get a prober size team before even getting close to him!!

Solo'd him as a 19 dirge, just watch out for his quickstrikes and he's easy.
