Master Kyau will give you a bag of gold coins. You need to find a bandit to give these to. Head to the mount station and take the horse towards the Loping Plains. The bandit you need is at 21, -26, 238, so jump off when you're near there.

Talk to the greedy bandit. After some chitchat he will attack you (he is a lvl 55 solo mob). Once he's dead, return to Master Kyau for your reward.

Wu's third and final edict; the Edict of the Material, requires me to take a sack filled with gold coins to a bandit at the intersection near the Nybright Camp in the Lesser Faydark. Master Kyau has told me that by taking this sack of gold coins to this bandit, I will understand what Wu meant when he said, "in order to truly be free, have a clear mind and find peace within oneself, one must detach themself from their dependence on material wealth and possessions."

Stage 1

Seek out the bandit in the Lesser Faydark at the intersection near the Nybright Camp and give him the sack of gold coins given to you by Master Kyau.

Start:	I need to take this bag of gold coins to the bandit that frequents the intersection near the Nybright Camp.
Complete:	It seems the bandit attacked me because I had given him a sack filled with gold covered lead coins.

It seems that Master Kyau has given me a bag of fake gold to give to the bandit. When I gave it to him, he was quite happy until he noticed it was fake. He suddenly grew angry and attacked me in a blood filled rage.

Stage 2

It seems that Master Kyau had given me a sack filled with gold covered lead coins. I should return to her and tell her that the bandit attacked me and force me to defend myself.

Start:	I must return to Master Kyau and tell her of what has happened.
Complete:	I've spoken with Master Kyau.

So it seems that because of the bandits greed and total dependance on material wealth, he was completely filled with joy one moment and then grief and anger the next.

I've learned the third edict of Wu, the Edict of the Material. This third and final edict of Wu has taught me how greed and attachment to material things can be harmful. I've learned that to truly be free, one must be able to survive without wealth and material possessions. Wu learned that a clear mind, one that is truly at peace, is one that is no longer dependent on material wealth or possessions.
