Requires the Order of Rime Shardhammer Illusion (or the Sleetsaber or Flurryburst illusions) to be used to speak to the quest giver

Speak to Bargbae Skullhelm at 488,-378,1213 in Storm Gorge in the Great Divide to begin this quest.

Kill 2 coldain messengers and loot A Field Message from them. They can be found running near the cannons in the coldain area of Storm Gorge around 868,-406,779 .
Return to Bargbae Skullhelm to complete the quest.
