Zek Creature Cataloging  

I have looked and looked and cannot find the distressed merchant, nor can I seem to find a group of mobs to spawn the distressed merchant. Can anyone please post what I should look for?

SInce the last LU, the nubloods can now be targeted from outside the citadel.

The Deathfist Sentintels are found just outside DFC. They may have been inside before, but I can say after hours in there today, they are NOT inside. I catalogued them today (June 18) just in front near the bridge to DFC in Zek.

Some of the creatures in the Zek catalog are actually in Deathfist Citadel, and worse yet, some of those are spawned only once as part of quests. In order to get to them, you’ll need to do (more or less) an entire DFC raid, right down to the final arena battle.

- Deathfist Citizen: In the first large courtyard area, where you wind up after you climb the rope. There’s many of these, so no worries if you don’t get the first one you see.
- Deathfist Sentinel: Up on top of the ramparts, these fellas wander between the towers on patrol. There’s not a whole lot of them so try to be quick before the raid runs them over.
- Nublood Henchman: These can only be found if someone is on the second to last step of the Prince’s Hit List quest. After some talking, two will pop out and attack you.
- The Flesh Feeder: Giant squid like thing down in the water area. If you miss it on the raid (and you have stealth or invisibility) you can make your way back to him in a new instance.
- Trained Falcon: Only two of these hang out on the top of the inner ramparts, they’re normally pulled to above the gatekeeper area. They die fast, so be ready!
- Underkeep Guard: In the jail area above the water and below the arena. Should be plenty of them wandering around.
- War Lion: I’ve had mix result with these - it seems like only sometimes they’ll be spawned in the first ‘wave’ of the Arena event. Twice a pair have showed up, the third time there were none at all.

The rest of the critters are all out in Zek, but the book really should be called ‘Zek and Deathfist Citadel Catalog’ or something.
