Mirf Guinders of Baubbleshire has hired me to locate the Shrine of Estle within the Down Below, a section of the catacombs. When I find it I am to relay the location to him in exchange for a reward.

Stage 1

I need to locate the Shrine of Estle in the Down Below.

Start:	I will find the shrine in the Down Below.
Complete:	I found the shrine in the Down Below.

I located the Shrine of Estle.

I discovered the location of the Shrine of Estle within the Down Below. Having relayed this information to Mirf Guinders he has paid me for my service.

They seemed to have upped the level required in order to get the quest. Even at level 9 he still won't tell me.

All you will need to do, is walk to about the center of the shrine, where the circle is on the floor before it registers in your journal.
