Commissioner Varla Z'Velran feels the Coalition could sell large quantities of finely spun wool to New Halas, if they weren't so efficient at making it themselves. She has suggested that I ensure their spinning wheels meet with an accident so that they will no longer be able to supply their own wool.

Stage 1
