Soul Wailer

Finaly found the spiritkeepers. They are behind the locked door (the one you open with advisor's key). They are level 14++.
Advisor is quite as tough as weaponsmith.
Dagger is nice, but too low level though, granted the difficulty of the quest (you get mastery at level 15, and you can't have finished it before that :/).
Too bad it's a one-handed weapon and not a dual-wield too.

You'll need a good group to get into the forge, or get really lucky: there's nearly always the weaponsmith in it (5 minutes after he died, he was up again). He's a level 14++ mob, and come along with 3 level 14 and 2 level 14- Rees.

Once all dead, right click on the hammer near the forge and select "use".

I haven't found any Ree spiritkeeper yet. In which part of the caves can they be found?

This quest is initiated by examining an Old Dagger. This item drops from monsters in the Wailing Caves (Strongbox Deceivers confirmed).

The first step is to kill undead in the Wailing Caves until you find a gem. This will automatically update in your journal. Once you have done this examine the Dagger again.

You must then sharpen the dagger at the forge in the Wailing Caves (-104, -33, -138). Examine the forge, and then examine the dagger again.

Finally you must kill a Ree Spiritkeeper in the Wailing Caves. After doing this examine the dagger again for your reward.

I've found an odd object - an old dagger. I think there is more to this object than meets the eye.

Stage 1

With a little effort, I believe I can transform this old dagger into something better.

Start:	I need to kill the undead in the Wailing Caves until I find an adequate gem to use in the pommel of this old dagger.
Complete:	I've found something that looks like a soul gem.

Start:	I need to find a smithing hammer near a forge to hammer out a sharper edge on the dagger.
Complete:	I've found and used the smithing hammer.

Start:	I should find and kill a Ree spiritkeeper to see if there is any connection between them and the old dagger.
Complete:	I've killed a Ree spiritcaller.

I've been able to change the old dagger into the Soul Wailer dagger.

Applying a little bit of effort, I've been able to change the old dagger into the Soul Wailer.
