Once you find the container of lye you need to find 5 stacks of flour bags. I was able to find the 5 bags between 2 zones.

I just got access to the tier 3 quests, so I haven't tried this one yet. However, after doing the "Destroy the Silver Shipment" quest, I'm guessing that this one has two parts as well. So it looks like you have to steal a container of lye, and proceed to dump it on crates of bread.

This is a sabotage quest given by Gol M'Tun at -30, -15, -56 in Antonica. You have 30 minutes to complete this quest.

The items to be sabotaged can be found in: The Elddar Grove, Qeynos Harbor, North Qeynos and South Qeynos

You must steal one beaker of lye, then pour it on 5 sacks of flour.

Return to Gol M'Tun when you are done.
