Charge of the Leatherfoot Brigade - Tippytoe  

FALLEN GATE -- This half of the quest is FAR easier than the Stormhold portion. Most of the mobs in this zone will grey out by level 26 or so. Here's a little help:
* Suspended Watcher (-62.72, -105): These look like a ghostly gargoyles. One is in the Eastern (right) side of zone and you'll see more as you travel further in (north).
* Construct of Malice (-107, -172): Continue past Suspended Watcher to the NE. In a large room with torture devices. If you haven't already found a Vile Shriller, there are some in this room.
* Meat Stripper (-131, -206): In a small side room as you head north off the one listed above. Level 21 mob with other 21 mobs ("Meat Boiler & Meat Grinder).

Erm.. not sure what quest description is all about but tippytoes remains are in the tunnel that starts at the top of waterfall
