This is a surprisingly long quest, due to all its sub-quests. Talk to the following people, in order, and do any quests they give you:

Tai Wei: 641.38, 334.07, 540.46 - Starts Smoke Gets In Your Eyes
Bai Jin: 524.45, 332.15, 520.71 - Starts Walking the Central Path: Part One
Wen Wen: 519.64, 333.42, 478.99 - Starts Ease the Suffering Minds

After all the quests are complete, return to Zhen Gao at 509.32, 331.54, 453.10 to murder the little... I mean... collect your reward.

Stage 1

I need to speak with several of the Hua Mein found around Ning Yun Retreat and learn about the Three Tidings of the Circling Destiny.

Start:	I need to learn about Tiding of Jing from Tai Wei.
Complete:	I spoke with Tai Wei.

Start:	I need to learn about the Tiding of Hui from Bai Jin.
Complete:	I learned about the Tiding of Hui from Bai Jin after he taught me about the Central Path.

Start:	I need to learn about the Tiding of Xue from Wen Wen.
Complete:	I spoke with Wen Wen.

I have spoken with several Hua Mein about the Three Tidings of the Circling Destiny.

Stage 2

Now that I have learned more about the Three Tidings I need to return to Zhen Gao.

Start:	Return to Zhen Gao.
Complete:	I spoke with Zhen Gao.

I have learned more about the Three Tidings of the Circling Destiny by speaking with several Hua Mein here at Ning Yun Retreat.
