Found her at -67 , +65. south along the wall from the entrance to the hidden camp, straight across from the tunnel to the docks. have seen her up here 3 times now.

You now get 1g6s89c from quest and 2 Reza's Rations. How for his spawning... I have seem him in all the locs listed below.

Reza seems to spawn randomly in little cuts into the rock around north west part of zone. Just as you come in from docks. Another loc to add is (-58.23, 12.00, 89.97)

Not that it's hard to find Reza, but I just wanted to add that she apparentally spawns in different places because I'm looking at her right now in a different location than I posted before.
