The first update is in Deep Sebilis, from an 80^^^ a waterlogged wraith at 22, -132, 173 . She has about 120,000 HP's and does crushing damage. Your group can get to this one easy enough by jumping off the mezanine platform down into the water. While it is possible to invis past most of the undead frogs on the platform, a few of the roamers DO see invis, so it's probably just as easy to kill them.
Take the underwater route down the drain tunnel to the room where the water drains into the grate. Many of the ghosts here don't see invis though one ore two do, so check ahead before entering the room. Other than the way you came in, there is only one other exit from this room, to another room with steps leading down to a pool. Avoid any roamers or see invis mobs and jump into this pool.
Once in the water swim down and follow the way around to the left. When you come to an intersection don't take the branch to the right. Instead, continue on to the left and pop up in a pool right there with the wraith standing in a corner.
Second update is in Chardok. Take the Chardok sokokar then backtrack to the water room. It is an 80^^^ a drenched zombie at -481, -85, -336 . You can fairly easily invis to him, just avoid the see-invis zealots. Kill the zombie for your update.
Although I have little to go on, and what appears to be some conflicting information, I am off to see if I can find the whereabouts of The Pirate Jones. Evidently he is in search of an ancient city, which, luckily for me, narrows it down to pretty much every known locale in Norrath. Cynicism aside, I should probably start looking for ruins, recent discoveries, and lost lands. Finding a man that has many descriptions that is looking for a vague object is not going to be easy.
I must find The Pirate Jones.
I must try to track down The Pirate Jones. My only real clue is to search an ancient city.
Although I found a strange undead creature in what appeared to be pirate-ish clothing, I don't think this is who I was looking for.
There are certainly other places to check, so I must continue searching for The Pirate Jones.
I found another watery undead creature in Chardok, but again, I have never heard that The Pirate Jones was dead, so it would be tough for him to be un-dead. I should keep looking.
I found what appeared to be more remains, but neither creature I found seemed to be the current Pirate Jones. I should continue my search.
Although I did not find The Pirate Jones himself, I was able to locate some notes that I believe might have been written by him. I can be pretty sure he's alive, at least... but I must keep searching.
I have searched several places for The Pirate Jones.
I should keep looking for The Pirate Jones.
I must find The Pirate Jones. His notes say he is searching within a city inhabited by creatures of the deep.
I was able to find The Pirate Jones within Chelsith, and have heard his story.
I have found The Pirate Jones after a long search, and it appears I must fight him.
Unfortunately, I was forced to slay The Pirate Jones.
I have defeated The Pirate Jones, and found a map.
I was able to find The Pirate Jones... or should I say, A Pirate Jones. It seems that the Pirate Jones legacy is handed down, and as I suspected, there have been many pirates that carried the mantle. Although I was forced to slay one, I was able to gather some information, including learning that the real Pirate Jones is still at large, and may threaten the entire maritime community. It seems like a confrontation at sea will be inevitable.
