Find a sludgy pool in the Forgotten Pools
Use the Sludge Collector that Tora gave you to collect a sample
Kill the mobs around the water
Return to Tora Coldcarver.
Click on the pot over the fire next to Tora Coldcarver.
Return to Tora Coldcarver to complete the quest.
