Micha gives you a wand to use in order to remove his humanity.

But .. I got this quest and finished it at level 32 on my BL. So not sure if you still need to be 40 to do it.

I wanted to put a screen shot to back up my claim on the quest level. Here it's showing the level of my BL (32) and the completed quest in my journal:

Thanks, updated the quest with the wand info.

Quest levels are kinda messed up right now, Prathun is working on it last I saw. What we have listed is what the requirements *should* be normally to get these quests. :)

You have also completed all of Micha's and Adrianna's quests to be able to receive this quest.

Speak to Adrianna at -91, -10, -165 inside Temple of War or Micha Longtail at 23, -7, 120 in the Academy of Arcane Science to begin this quest.

Speak to The Forgotten at 195, -4, -36 in West Freeport.
Enter A Stinking Stormdrain by clicking the manhole at 66, -10, -16 in West Freeport.
Deal with Lerenth. You can do this one of two ways:

Hail Adrianna at -3, -0.63, 10 and receive a Scroll of Annihilate the Unnatural. Fight Lerenth until he is close to death then he will kneel on the ground. Use the scroll and your quest will update.
Hail Micha Longtail at 7, -0.64, 10 to receive a wand to remove Lerenth's humanity.

Zone out and speak to The Forgotten to complete.

You must be at least level 60 to be able to continue this series.

Now that I have an understanding of the ways in which Lerenth can be restored or destroyed, I should speak to The Forgotten. Hopefully, this information can be used to prevent Lerenth from doing any more damage.

Stage 1

Now that the Academy of Arcane Science and the Dismal Rage have devised two different ways to deal with a rogue Wraithguard, I should return to The Forgotten and deliver him the news. He can be found in western Freeport, just north of the Coliseum.

Start:	Speak to The Forgotten
Complete:	I spoke to The Forgotten.

I spoke to The Forgotten, and he sent me on another emergency task!

Stage 2

I should follow the trail of dead bodies to find the source of 'the problem,' which is, of course, Lerenth. He has trapped several citizens in the sewers and killed anyone that attempted to stop him.

Start:	Find the sewer where Lerenth is causing trouble
Complete:	I entered a strinking stormdrain.

In search of Lerenth, I entered a stinking stormdrain.

Stage 3

I need to deal with Lerenth to stop him from killing anyone else.

Start:	I need to deal with Lerenth
Complete:	I dealt with Lerenth.

I dealt with Lerenth, in my own way.

Stage 4

I should return to The Forgotten and report my success. He can be found in western Freeport, just north of the Coliseum.

Start:	Speak to The Forgotten
Complete:	I spoke to The Forgotten.

I returned to The Forgotten and reported my success.

I confronted Lerenth in the sewers and caught him slaughtering helpless citizens. I dealt with him, in my own way. He will no longer be a threat to the City of Freeport.
