The quest requirements have changed it seems.

For the assassin boots reward he asks for the following:

1) 10 unbeating hearts from the Ash Vipers in Nektulos Forest.
2) 12 wing membranes from Ash Shrillers in Nektulos Forest.

Dyric Pire has asked me to collect ingredients he needs to make some special armor. In exchange for my help collecting these ingredients, he's agreed to pay me with a pair of boots.

Stage 1

I need two things next as I delve a little into the tempering of the metals. Bring me several unbeating hearts from the ash vipers that wander about in Nektulos Forest. I'll also be needing some ash shriller membranes, you can get them from the wings of the ash shrillers in Nektulos Forest. - Dyric

Start:	I must recover unbeating hearts from the ash vipers in Nektulos Forest.
Complete:	I have recovered unbeating hearts from Nektulos ash vipers.

Start:	Kill ash shrillers in Nektulos Forest for their wing membranes.
Complete:	I've collected enough ash shriller membranes for Dyric Pire.

I've completed what Dyric has asked. I should return to him and see what he can make from them.

Stage 2

I've gathered together all that Dyric has asked for.

Start:	I should return to Dyric.
Complete:	I have returned to Dyric.

I've given Dyric the ingredients he asked for.

Dyric has paid me with a pair of cold forged boots for collecting ash viper hearts and ash shriller membranes from the ash creatures in Nektulos Forest.

This quest is given by Dyric Pire after you have completed the second armor quest.

Obtain 10 unbeating hearts from the Ash Vipers in Nektulos Forest.
Obtain 12 wing membranes from Ash Shrillers in Nektulos Forest.
