You need to go rescue Thaen Sevellos from a room in the northwestern end of the northern half of Beggar's Court at 86, 5, -10 .

  1. Speak to his guards, Rommuls loyalists. They become two level 5 mobs and attack.
  2. Speak to Thaen and he leaves.
  3. Return to Delcairn.
