Blacksmith Hegrenn (second floor of the Bag n' Barrel) needs three pieces of Oakmyst Minerals from the Oakmyst Forest.

These minerals are an uncommon drop from Royal Oakmyst Defenders in Oakmyst. Kill them until you have three. Then return for your reward.
