I should venture deep into the inner compound of the City of Mist and see what I can find there. I have gotten the sense that there is something very important that the plunderers are looking for, and I believe this is where it might be.

Stage 1

I am to venture into the inner compound of the City of Mist and seek out what is being kept in there.

Complete:	I have discovered that Rile's Phylactery is within the inner compound of the City of Mist.

Start:	I should defeat the rival plunderers group.
Complete:	I have defeated the rival plunderers group.

I have discovered that Rile's Phylactery is being kept in the inner compound of the City of Mist, and the plunderers are not the only group interested in it.

Stage 2

I am going to inform the explorers about Rile's Phylactery and confront them as to whether they have been searching for it the whole time.

Start:	I need to speak with Slythe about the phylactery.
Complete:	I have spoken with Slythe about the phylactery.

I have managed to convince Slythe to admit that they have been searching for this item the whole time.

I have discovered that Rile's Phylactery is here within the City of Mist, guarded by Venril's trusted lord Rak'Ashiir.
