I have done this several times. In the southwest area of the zone where Bouncer Hurd spawns there will be swamp constrictors. Kill them and the brush constrictors will spawn. Worked every time.

(04/04/06) I am currently working on this quest and have only 3 more brush constrictors to find. It is asking for 5 of this type of snake and not 10. Also, the snakes in the Cleansing of the Cove instance do not count for this quest. Very disappointing even though the quest clearly asks for the snakes to be killed in the Feerrott.

After hours (off and on) getting all 10 Brush Constrictors I was pretty pissed to find that there are 6 of them at the entrance of Cleansing of the Cove zone in.

You have to finish a quest or two from this NPC before you can enter the cave, but you won't find a regular spawn of brush constictors anywhere else. Just leave 1 alive in each group and with respawn you'll have them all in no time.

After looking for a while I found two pairs of brush constrictors near cythan at 0, , 900. Maybe I was just lucky, but certainly worth checking - the 1st Lieutenant Mugreeza, 289 AS quest appears to need 30 of them so if they are rare it'll be a real pain ....

I have started with this quest today, I have found 10 swamp constrictors + 5 brush nightstalkers in less than 5 mins. After this, I have been like 3 hours walking throught the damned forest and at the end I have seen a couple of them at n103,p14,p874 and then the message has appeared : Brush constrictors 2 / 10.
OMG I have to look for 8 more of these... I m thinking in delete the quest, I think It's too many work for the item rewarded.

The Brush Constrictors are found where Clurg spawns and the area above, so south from zone in. There arent very many of them and i found that if you kill the Brush Nightstalkers, they seem to be their placeholders, that they will spawn more often.

I can't tell you how long I've been looking for the ever elusive Brush Constrictor. Very south end of zone by the pone that bartender Clurg pops at.

The name of the quest is dependent on the person you recieve the quest from. If you are of good alignment the quest is from Grimble Blumble and the name is "Snakes, He Hates Snakes", but if you are of evil alignment the quest is given from Krozk Bonebraka and is entitled "Snakes, She Loves Snakes". The quest has the same design and setup, just different titles based on the alignment of the character receiving the quest.

Actually, quests with both names exist, and you have exactly the same thing to do. This one (Snakes, She Loves Snakes) is given by Krozk Bonebraka to evil players.

The other one (Snakes, He Hates Snakes) is given by Grimble Blumble to good players.

Haven't met a single brush constrictor till now, if anyone know where to find them it'll be cool to tell it.
