The directions by Andura helped a ton, I've hunted for this book before, but couldn't find it. Going into first person mode made it a lot easier to see this, didn't even need to get off my horse.

Took me a while - but I persisted and found it.

Easy once you see it !

Here's how: - go along the tunnel westwards towards the sea. There are 3 rocks along the left hand side. Stop beside the middle rock. Looking west (towards the end of tunnel and out over the sea). Then look down and left a bit to see the last rock - there is a plant in front of it. The book is under the western end of the middle rock just to the left of the plant - only the edge of the book may be visible. If you stand on the middle rock and look down you can't see it - you have to be in the tunnel and look at the rocks from there. If you're tall or on a mount you're making it harder to see - dismount (and crouch if necessary) and it's much easier to see.

The book is between two rock. Under one... near the plant at -31,-10,116

its hard to see it but still there !

I could not verify the location of this book. Either it has been removed, or the book is inside the rock. =P Has anyone actually found the book lately?
