Talk to Thyr Stormhammer at Bitterwind Pioneer's Encampment.

Kill bighorn sheep until you get a quest update (only ^ sheep count for possible updates AND the update is separate for everyone in group - might even be only one in group can get it at a time).

They share the same spawn point as an arctic monitor. Kill Monitors to get the bighorn sheep to spawn.

Speak to Idona, found partway through Icespire Caverns, at -200, 38, -636 .

Note: if you have Scowling faction with The Order of the Blade (Faction) then you will need invisibility/sneak to reach Idona, since she's past a few heroic encounters. You can talk to her while invisible.

I have been asked to speak with the Valkyries on behalf of the pioneers. They wish to have their settlement in the valley blessed by the mystic women. Thyr has recommended I bring a trophy from one of the big horn sheep as tribute.

Stage 1

I should seek out a trophy from among the bighorn sheep.

Start:	I should seek out an undamaged horn from the bighorns of the valley.
Complete:	I have retrieved an undamaged horn to be presented as tribute.

I have retrieved a fitting trophy from one of the big horns.

Stage 2

I should now speak with one of the Valkyries and present her with the sheep horn.

Start:	I need to find a valkyrie who would be willing to speak peace with me.
Complete:	I have spoken with Idona, a valkyrie, on behalf of the pioneers.

I have begun my negotiations with the Valkyries.

I have spoken with Idona of the Valkyries and presented her with a sheep's horn as tribute. She has agreed to speak with me further.

This quest gives +2,000 faction with The Order of the Blades and opens up A Favor for the Valkries, which is given by Idona.
