This is a simple quest that results in your choice of weapons. A great quest for young characters.

Arms Dealer Blort (16, 0) in the Big Bend city center will ask you to check on something in Temple Street.

Head to Temple Street and speak to Armsdealer Shinska (+11, +3, +68). Then return to Arms Dealer Blort for your choice of rewards.
