Now that I finished this quest, the following in the series is called Proof Of Resurrection, a level 65 quest started by talking to Ireatan the Scale Eye at the Temple of Scale zone in.

Alright.. I read the comments below and was kind of confused. Temple of Scale has the exact same setup as SOS, the book you have to pick up is right in front of the magic barrier door, it is a book that stands on end. The LOC is correct 18, 128, 233.

Prayer book is located at 21, 128, 2309. You take the right corridor and head down to the intersection, go straight, you'll see it eventually. It's a teeny little book.
