Speak to Kain Starkson at -253, -55, 16 on the docks behind Seafarer's Roost in East Freeport to begin this quest.

If you chose to complete the optional quest, The Insider, you will instead be offered the quest Betrayal by Boat.

  1. Talk to Sanura Lithestripe at -130, -38, -6 in East Freeport.
  2. Talk to a mysterious figure on the docks in South Freeport. ( -299, -59, 201 )
  3. Once you tell the figure you are ready to leave you will zone to The Salty Lass II.
  4. Speak to Kain on the boat.
  5. A wraithguard will attack, kill it.
  6. Now lead it in to the fire.
  7. Now let the sea monster eat it. This part is hard as you have to maneuver the knight to the right spot. Might take a while.
  8. After the wraithguard is eaten by a sea monster, fight off the 4 tentacles.
  9. Talk to Kain, you will then be kicked off the boat by the crew.
  10. Speak to Sanura to complete the quest.

You must be at least level 80 to be able to continue this series.
