Collecting on What is Earned  

This quest is given by Brandus Levine at the Freeport Docks ( -1050, 0, -650 Copy ) after you complete The Mysterious Missing Shipment quest (see related quests).

1. You must speak to Anders Blackhammer at the Crossroads to receive some coin compensation. He is not always up, as he is used in several quests. If he's not up then you just have to sit around and wait.
2. When you speak to Anders he will attack you. He is a level 20 solo mob. You do not need to kill him in order to complete the quest. Just engage him.
3. Return to Brandus for your choice of boots. Completing this quest opens up the Starting the Negotiations quest.
