I wouldn't take these guys on until level 10 and in a group, same as the Embers for Xoort quest. Have your group wait outside as a puller grabs one from in the ruins and pulls it out. With patience you can find a green 2 /\/\.

12 copper coins and a choise out one of the three headgears.

Leatherfoot Cap
