Inspect a statue in Old Kael to begin this quest (need location!). It is repeatable once every 18 hours.

Upon inspecting the statue, I heard the voice of Rallos Zek and felt strongly compelled to carry out its will! In war there are casualties! A great warrior must cull the weak! I will kill giants within Old Kael.

  1. Kill Kromzek within Old Kael.

The will of Rallos has been done. I have culled the weak.
