One thing you can do that will help save time on the tier 2 quests is to wait until you get to the underwater grate leading to the peat bog to accept the quest. That way you don't waste the first minute or two getting over there.

Once in Down Below you can go North/East to reach Baubbleshire, Castleview, and Willow Wood OR South/West to reach Greystone, Nettleville and Starcrest

This is a sabotage quest given by Gol M'Tun at -30, -15, -56 in Antonica. All of these quests take place in the Qeynos Villages (The Baubbleshire, Castleview Hamlet, The Willow Wood, Nettleville, Starcrest Commune).

If you can invis or sneak past the guards, the quickest method to reach the villages is by using the city bell on the docks in Antonica. Otherwise you should enter The Peat Bog from Antonica, zone into Vermin's Snye, and from there to The Down Below. Once in the Down Below you can access any of the Qeynos villages. If guards should detect you then you will be teleported to Antonica.

You are given 20 minutes to smash 5 merchant display tables in the Qeynos Villages.

Return to Gol M'Tun when you have completed this task.
