Quest Book- Getting a Copy for House?

Does anyone know who we could get a cpoy of this book from, it says it can be a house item, but when you complete the quest the book is not returned to you. I know in freeport u can re buy some quest books. Any help would be greatly appriectated.

Where did you see that it can be a house item? As far as I can tell, it is just a clickable object that updates this quest.

When you first get the book from the chest, on examine it says it's a house item. But you never get it back. It did that in Beta, too, I recall /bugging it. Either a) it was never intended as a book item or b) they forgot to hand it back.

Takes at least 5 minutes for the Captain to repop after someone takes him out.
