Speak to Odon Scourgeson in the Cragged Spine to begin this quest.

You must first complete Thirin Veliumdelver's quest, Below The Frozen Waves, before you can receive this quest.

Head to the underwater cave at 49.89, -108.66, 380.89 and go through it.
Once there, head towards 228.77, -50.77, 93.79 . The digging tools are ground spawns and can be found as follows:

216.53, -52.00, 71.16
184.69, -50.13, 32.57
211.85, -52.16, 16.20
248.90, -52.78, 4.99
273.17, -53.18, 14.52
271.53, -51.27, 42.57

Return to Odon Scourgeson for your reward.

Note: You must complete Thirin's quest, Ry'Gorr Mining Operations, before you will receive the next quest in this series.

Odon Scourgeson, one of the many barbarians stationed at the Cragged Spine, believes that the Ry'Gorr must be using magically imbued tools to carve their tunnels through the velium and ice that form the island of Erollis.

Stage 1

Return to the Demon's Delve tunnels below Erollis in search of the magically imbued tools.
