I honestly can't think of any way to do this quest without a flying mount. =\ Maybe the only way would be if you could scale the wall over by the Kerafrym's Crater area.

Speak to Tragg Sharptongue at -704, -341, 2747 within Ry'Gorr Keep in the Eastern Wastes. You must first complete Rogla Dainkiller's quest series, ending with Brothers in the Hills to open up this series.

Fly NorthWest of Ry'Gorr Keep and speak to Chief Thrael'Gorr at -281, -136, 2361 .
Head west to the Thrael'Gorr Camp at 310, -70, 2630
Kill the a drakonine watcher (92^). It will become aggressive as you approach it.
Return to Tragg in Ry'Gorr Keep to complete the quest.

Stage 2

I must escort the escaped Thrael'Gorr west through the mountain towards their new home.

Start:	Escort the Thrael'Gorr leaders to their new camp.
Complete:	I escorted the Thrael'Gorr leaders to their new camp.

Start:	Defeat the drakonine watcher within the camp.
Complete:	I defeated the drakonine watcher.

I escorted the Thrael'Gorr leaders to their new home and defeated the drakonine watcher threat.

Stage 3

I must return to Tragg Sharptongue, the emissary at Ry'Gorr Keep.

Start:	Return to Tragg Sharptongue.
Complete:	I reported the good news to Tragg Sharptongue.

I located the Thrael'Gorr leaders at the top of the mountains north of Ry'Gorr Keep. They are a proud group that seeks to restore their honor.
