The Alliance

I have encountered Vethilot the Young within the Tower of Frozen Shadow. Vethilot is one of Tserrina's most trusted servants. He mentioned an alliance between Tserrina and 'that giant'. He agreed to exchange more information about this alliance for a potion to sustain his youthful appearance.

1. Search for the recipe scroll for the Elixir of Spring Prime in the kitchens of The Shadow Barracks.
2. Find the ingredients to make the Elixir of Spring Prime in The Shadow Barracks:
• Find sulfur
• Find velium dust, drop from a cold velium statue in dining room.
• Find maiden's tears drop from a zombie maid in the the zombie matron room.
3. Go to the kitchens in The Shadow Barracks and concoct the Elixir of Spring Prime.
4. Return the Elixir of Spring Prime to Vethilot the Young in The Shadow Barracks.

I coerced Vethilot the Young into telling me the details of Tserrina's meeting with Kraytoc Killingfrost. I also learned that Kraytoc has betrayed Tserrina and there isn't much she can do about it at this point.
