After checking up on the Giantslayers, Enforcer Kurdek in the Sprawl wants me to try and figure out what the Black Magi are up to. He has sent me to search for someone named Tikkeri, a ratonga who apparently works deep in the Black Magi's stronghold. I should question Tikkeri and try and fool her into thinking that I know about something called "the wheel."
Stage 1
I should seek a ratonga named Tikkeri deep inside the Black Magi area of the Sprawl. I can reach the Sprawl by using any of the bells in and around the City of Freeport.
