Brahnagan MacLahnan is so moved by what you tell him when you complete the quest The Stories of Everfrost he asks you to help make the area safer for pioneers.

You must kill 15 primal frostfins in the ocean.

Your rather twisted reward is a tiny shark plushie.

He then offers you the quest Further Culling.

Pioneers crossing the Bay have often been attacked by the frostfin sharks that inhabit its waters. I should cull this threat and reduce the number of primal frostfins living within the Bay.

Stage 1

I need to clear the water of the primal frostfins and thereby make it safer for travelers to cross.

Start:	I need to kill the primal frostfins that inhabit the waters around Everfrost.
Complete:	I have killed the primal frostfins.

I have cleared the water of primal frostfins.

Stage 2

I need to return to MacLahnan and tell him I've done as he asked.

Start:	I should speak with Brahnagan MacLahnan.
Complete:	I have spoken with Brahnagan MacLahnan.

I have reported my success to MacLahnan.

I have killed a number of sharks, making it safer for pioneers to cross the Bay.

The quest reward for this quest includes "a tiny shark plushie", which gives 50 status reduction. They're cute for swimming around in fountains!
