This quest is initiated by completing the quest "Down by the Lake" in Fens of Nathsar. You must go to Veksar at 630.48, -182.67, 289.75 out on the water. The door is half buried a tad to the left of the waypoint.

Once inside, if you head to the right, you will run into lvl 82^^^ heroics that see invis. This is as far as I have been able to go. Think I had better get a group together...

After finding the stone slab, it seems plausible that the Yha-lei are searching for, or maybe even have found, the ancient city of Veksar. If I am going to find out whatever is driving the Yha-lei and their attacks, it looks like I should begin searching there. Perhaps I can see what is happening down there, and report it to Defender Tuakin.

Stage 1

I should investigate the sunken city of Veksar and see if I can find any evidence to what might be happening down there.

Start:	I should investigate the goings on of the Yha-lei within Veksar.
Complete:	I was able to collect crude weapons from the Yha-lei that I found within Veksar. They are certainly embattled in some kind of conflict.

Start:	Any information I can find would certainly be helpful. I should seek out anything of interest.
Complete:	I found a group of aqua goblins, who seemed to be fighting with the Yha-lei.

I was able to find weapons from both the Yha-lei and a group of aqua goblins, and I should return them to Defender Tuakin.

Stage 2

I was able to collect some weapons from within Veksar, and I should return them to the defenders in Omen's Call.

Start:	I should speak with Defender Tuakin in Omen's Call, and tell him what I found in Veksar.
Complete:	I was able to provide Defender Tuakin with some interesting information about the battle in Veksar.

I was able to find out more information about the strife between the Yha-lei and the Kwagan in Veksar.

Amazingly, the ancient city of Veksar indeed still exists under the surface of the Lake of Ill Omen... what seems to be left of it anyway. It seems that the Yha-lei and some aqua goblins are in some kind of struggle for dominance within the city. There is certainly more to this mystery, but at least the residents of Omen's Call have some idea of what is driving the Yha-lei to act more aggressively.
